To directly sync iTunes with Google Play, you can go to the official website of Google Play Music and log-in to your account. Step 2(a): Transfer iTunes library to Google Play via its web tool
Now, you can find the iTunes library under the Music folder. On the other hand, Windows users can open the Explorer, browse to the Windows Drive > Users and select the folder for your user name from here. If you own a Mac, then you can just go to Finder > Music > iTunes for this. To upload iTunes to Google Play, you need to know where your iTunes library is stored.
